Alfnoon Advertising – Printing, Branding & Digital Print Solutions

At Alfnoon Advertising, every print is crafted with precision, quality, and attention to detail. Since our products are custom-made and printed as per client approval, we follow a clear and transparent Return & Replacement Policy to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

Non-Returnable Products

As all our products—including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, roll-ups, business cards, stickers, and all customized print items—are printed specifically based on client artwork and approval, they cannot be returned once produced.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only under the following conditions:

Printing Errors Caused by Us

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • The print quality is blurred, faded, or pixelated without this being present in the approved artwork.

  • Wrong size, wrong quantity, or wrong material was delivered.

  • Colors are significantly different from the approved proof.

  • The order delivered is not as per the final approved design.

Issues Not Covered for Replacement

Replacements will not be provided if:

  • The artwork provided by the client contains errors or low-resolution elements.

  • Spelling mistakes or design issues were present in the artwork approved by the client.

  • The customer requests changes after production has started.

  • Color variations occur due to screen vs. print differences (common in all printing industries).

  • Damage occurred due to mishandling after delivery.

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement, the customer must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Provide the order number and proof of purchase.

Once we review the complaint, our team will update you regarding eligibility for replacement.

Replacement Timeline

If approved, the replacement production will take 2–5 working days, depending on the product type and quantity. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the artwork is approved and printing has begun.

  • If cancellation is requested before printing starts, any design or processing charges already incurred will be deducted.
